Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email photo documentation to support@ellierosewallart.com. A replacement will be arranged upon verification of the damage.
Please be aware that all prints are custom-made to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
We also kindly ask that you review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. We are unable to reship or issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrectly entered addresses.
