Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can put it right.

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email photo documentation to support@ellierosewallart.com with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and there's no need to return the original item.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full.

Please be aware that all prints are custom-made to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

We also kindly ask that you review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. We are unable to reship or issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrectly entered addresses.
