Framed Canvas (Floating Frame)

Framed canvas prints feature a floating frame design, where the canvas is stretched over a solid wooden inner frame and set slightly away from the outer frame.

This creates a subtle shadow gap that gives the artwork a gallery-style, three-dimensional look.

No glass or acrylic (as standard for canvas)

All framed wall art arrives ready to hang and includes pre-installed sawtooth metal hangers on the back of the frame for easy and secure wall mounting.

All framed prints are finished with high-quality plexiglass (acrylic glazing) instead of traditional glass.

We take great pride in the quality and care of every order, but on rare occasions, something may go wrong during transit. If your print arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

Please email us at support@ellierosewallart.com with photo verification showing both a close-up and full view of the issue, including the packaging and label, if possible. This helps us understand what happened and ensures we can prevent it in the future.

Once received, we’ll organise a replacement for you at no cost.

Each framed print is custom-made to order, which means we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist.

For damaged prints, please email support@ellierosewallart.com with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra charge.
